On analyzing the industrial complex, we have noticed two main problems:

unequipped material and technical resources;
withdrawal of highly trained professionals.

Nowadays, the manufacturing industry develops rapidly but permanently depends on foreign suppliers and suffers losses due to low-quality work.

We started resolving an extensive problem — the outflow of intellectual and human resources in Ukraine.

We formed up a company that offers respectable salaries to its employees. It allowed us not only to bring back our specialists from abroad but also recruit third-party high-trained specialists. Our company managed to hold and share an invaluable and unique experience of our professionals and studying of modern technologies.
