For all types of services, we sign the agreement and provide a guarantee that’s determined individually depending on the type of work completed. We can also make a supplementary guarantee.

Beading of pipes in tube plates in semi-automatic mode.
Extraction of defective pipes from pipe stills
Heavy machining to ⊘ 3500 mm and H = 1850 mm
Bending of angles, pipes, shaped tubes, channel bars, double-T iron
Pressing and pressing-out of umbilical connectors
Compensator manufacturing for heat-exchanging equipment
Manufacturing of high-pressure studs by knurling
Processing of case-shaped parts to 4000 mm in length, processing of heat-exchanging equipment to 1800 mm in diameter and to 6000 mm in length

adjustment for cross-cutting and pipe drilling MET-1;
Installation for mopping up of ultrasound-1 pipe ends;
flaring machines MEP-16, “TESO”;
installation MAUS F90/V3;
hydraulic tubes extractors;
sheet-bending machines 4-roll and 3-roll MSV 2033.
